WECOME TO THE DAILY RED HOT FISHING CHARTERS PORTLAND BLUFIN TUNA REPORT,today at portland the weather is perfect a large swell is running but less than 10 knots of wind,so this has the carparks at the boat ramp full with over 300 boats launched today i decided to start our day tuna fishing a bit west to get away from the crowds that were all fishing the areas we had been all week,with calm conditions it didnt take me long to spot a free jumping tuna and straight towards the tuna i went a 2 way hook up to start and the morning kept geting better with heaps of action and 4 way hook ups there was plenty of action to keep todays crew happy our bag limit of 12 today was reached with ease. i also got to see some 6 foot tuna bust up in front of the boat they were smashing into sauries a sight i love watching,tomorrows another day and i carnt wait to get out there again and see if i can find some of portlands larger tuna know as barrels.cheers simon. for bookings phone simon 0409188751 or
